Stock Items: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Defective Items: Any manufacturing defects must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) Important Notice: The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized or Personalized jewelry (Engraved, ODM designs).

Made-to-order Solid Gold collections.

Items purchased during Clearance or Flash Sales.

Items showing signs of wear or manual damage.
3. Return Process

01 Contact Support: Email us with Order # and clear photos of the items.

02 Get Approval: Wait for our QC team to issue a Return Authorization.

03 Ship Back: Send items in original packaging to our facility.

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless confirmed defective.

4. Refunds & Processing Once your return is inspected (typically 3-5 business days):
