Thank you for shopping with fusewholesale. We are dedicated to providing a professional and efficient shipping experience for our retail and wholesale partners worldwide.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the package and the destination address.
Please note: The following shipping policies and rates apply consistently to both the United States and Canada.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States and Canada.
- Small Orders: Real-time shipping rates will be displayed at checkout for orders below the free shipping threshold.
Processing & Cut-off Times
- Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are processed the same business day.
- Standard Processing: All other orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Operation Days: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International Duties & Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Important: Import duties, VAT, and customs taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout.
Address Accuracy & Carrier Surcharges
To ensure successful delivery and avoid extra fees, please verify your shipping information carefully:
- Residential/Commercial Surcharge: Incorrectly marking a residential address as commercial may incur a $4.00 surcharge per box.
- Signature Required: We recommend adding a "Signature Requirement" for high-value orders for an additional $4.00 fee.
Liability & Security
fusewholesale is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We strongly advise shipping to a secure location or opting for the Signature Requirement service for wholesale shipments.
